POLICIES

MEET AND GREET:

With every new booking a meet and greet is scheduled so that I can introduce myself to you and your pet(s). Meet and greets are for no more than a half an hour and there is no charge. If more than one meet and greet is necessary or more than a half and hour is needed for the initial, extended Meet and Greet or future visits will be charged as a "drop in" visit.

BOOKINGS:

-For dog walks we require full payment due at the time of the walk.

-For recurring walks with established clients, we request full payment weekly.

-Any booking/bookings made in advance will require a deposit of half of the full amount. this is required at the time of booking and this is a non-refundable deposit. Any and all deposits are non-refundable. Remainder of the balance will be due on the end date of the booking.

-Under the Wing Companion Animal Care allows for a 48 hour window to send payment, however, after said grace period a 25% charge will be added to your total balance.

Holiday Rates:

The following list of holidays will include an additional 25% charge during the weekends and weeks of that holiday.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept payments in Venmo: User name- @Brent-Wing-1

Cash or Check.

Please note: Check will only be accepted from established clients.

I, Brent Wing, of Under the Wing Companion Animal Care, reserve the right to cancel and forfeit your deposit providing 48 hours notice.
